Braeburn Terrace Complaint Form
The Braeburn Terrace Civic Club Board, is a group of residents who have volunteered their time to assist with the betterment of our neighborhood. Since everyone has a busy lifestyle we have set up this process to streamline the complaint procedure. This allows us to have complete and accurate information to investigate the complaint with while giving us a tracking system to assure each complaint is handled appropriately.
Should you have a complaint and are able to attend a Civic Club Meeting, please print out and complete the form provided here to turn in at the meeting. The Board will then follow up on your complaint and contact you with further information.
If for some reason you are not able to attend a meeting but would still like to file a complaint, please email the completed version of this form to the BTCC Board at board@braeburnterrace.org and we will be sure to review and follow up on your complaint via this format.
